As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance support functions, especially correctly entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases. This Data Entry Clerk role is a short term temporary opportunity in Plymouth, Minnesota. Key responsibilities - File information into specific fields in Salesforce Database - Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product - Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources before entering into the system - Perform searches on websites for information - Audit reports and sheets of data - Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
