Aetna Customer Service Trainer in Plymouth, Minnesota

Deliver new hire Customer Service training via webinar and/or in person. Assist with the development of engaging learning opportunities through the written word, virtual presentations, e.learning, classroom and interactive study dashboards. Assist with the development of supplementary training materials for the entire Customer service department. Assist with the production of monthly newsletter. Assist with other global training projects as necessary.

Fundamental Components:

60% - Coordination, development, delivery, maintenance and tracking of virtual and/or classroom training. Work with business partners to provide relevant, thorough and innovative training solutions for new hires including industry foundations, system navigation, process mastery and exceptional call management skills.

15% - Continuous program improvement and development

15% - Ongoing education and support of the entire customer service organization

5% - Collaboration and support of the wider training organization

5% - Personal skill development


Detailed knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry

Ability to communicate effectively through the written word.

Ability to coordinate multiple overlapping events

Public speaking skills

Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization

Self starter and independent worker

Knowledge of current training methods


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
