Greet patients and answer thephone in a pleasant and helpful manner; and obtain and/or verify patientdemographic and insurance information. Requiresthe ability: File/Scan materials, read, understand and follow oral and writteninstructions; speak clearly and concisely, and establish and maintain effectiveworking relationships with physicians, patients, employees, and the public.
