Senior Associate, Sales Support - Human Resources Services (HRS)

Responsibilities of Position:

Tactical support of the following activities as assigned by Regional Sales Leaders, Local Market Leaders, Directors/Principals:

• Meeting organization / facilitation

• Proposal review / Formal Deal review processes

• Materials management

• Finalist presentation activities

• Local marketing efforts

• Meeting follow-up

• Billing assistance

• Salesforce.com (SFDC) updates and reporting

• Research and reporting

• Up to 10% business travel may be required for prospect/client support and training

• Assist Regional Sales Leaders, Business Development Executives and Local Market Leaders with Account Planning and Client Satisfaction activities

• Assist with other duties as assigned

This individual will report to HRS Sales Leadership but will take day to day direction from Regional Sales Leaders and Local Market Leaders

Requirements/Skills Sought (years of experience, education, certification, etc.):

• 3 years relevant work experience

• Undergraduate degree in business or marketing preferred

• A solid understanding of how to work productively within a corporate organization required

• Strong interest in business development activities and strategic selling required

• Proactive approach and focus on quality and continuous improvement required

• Knowledge of Human Resource (HR) business drivers and HR consulting/outsourcing preferred

• Strong project management skills required

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (including PowerPoint) required

• Familiarity with CRMs, research and marketing tools: SFDC, Marketo, Hoover’s

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and ability to meet aggressive timelines/deadlines required

• Supporting the respective local sales executives and leaders to meet and exceed their quarterly and yearly booking and growth goals

• Individual meets/exceeds expectations set by managers

• Takes sincere interest in professional and personal growth toward developing strong business acumen

This individual will need to quickly gain credibility with the regional sales colleagues he/she is assigned to as well as within the HRS organization as a whole. A positive, “can do” attitude, along with strong references will be a key factor in awarding this position. This role will be representative of the larger HRS sales structure making credibility, professionalism and the ability to influence others key factors in this individual’s success.
