TASC Site Supervisor in Phoenix, Arizona

Under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager, is responsible for the leadership, supervision, and operational maintenance of the office. Ensures the quality of all services provided via direct hiring, training and supervision of the monitoring staff. Conducts audits and inspections to ensure quality of computer data entry, monitoring, and chain-of custody and other documentation are within compliance of the monitoring services contract agreements between TASC, Inc., and its clients. Serves as a representative of TASC in meetings with organizations external to TASC. Carries out administrative duties as required, ensuring smooth program operations. Evaluates the local program and answers inquiries and corrects deficiencies to ensure ongoing excellence in substance abuse monitoring and delivery of service. Provide a high level of professionalism to the office and to promote a working atmosphere with a high quality of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works directly with the Regional Manager to develop relationships with referral sources and potential referral sources though direct communication and training sessions as needed.

  • Provides a high quality of customer service that is efficient and productive towards servicing the clients in a professional and timely manner.

  • To maintain a positive, professional rapport with the members of the criminal justice community, including but not limited to the agencies from which clients are referred, judges, probation and parole officers.

  • To collect, receipt and deposit all monies collected by the offices in payment of TASC services and to provide such documentation to the accounting department.

  • Responsible for controlling all costs of goods used and labor costs on a daily basis, to include scheduling, assessment of staffing needs and the recruitment, hiring, training and management of customer service staff.

  • Directly supervises all CST staff located at their office in the area of the performance of their duties to ensure compliance with TASC policy, procedures, and standards, and with all contractual obligations.

  • To abide by and implement all TASC policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for assisting the Facilities Maintenance Manager with facility maintenance and repairs, OSHA and ADA issues, building cleanliness, and building protection (physical security and alarms, fire safety and alarms, and responsiveness to facilities threats and emergencies).

  • To maintain a clean and orderly office which provides the most positive atmosphere for all clients.

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of clients and employees.

  • Provides basic office procedures information to TASC staff requesting assistance/clarification through monthly staff meetings and/or trainings.

  • Assists in development and maintenance of basic office routines and procedures.

  • Periodically inspects facilities for condition, and coordinates maintenance and repairs as needed.

  • Serves as first responder to alarms during non-business hours.

  • Assumes all duties of a customer service technician when appropriate.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager within the general scope of this position or the local office’s mission and operational needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Business school coursework and/or computer training courses preferred.

  • Combination of two years of customer service, medical services, social services, criminal justice services, or other administrative services experience and/or training.

  • Two year of supervisory experience in a related field.

  • Knowledge of substance abuse issues, including a basic knowledge of various illicit drugs and their effects.

  • Must possess personnel supervisory skills, which include recruitment and training, disciplinary procedures, and performance evaluation preparation.

  • Ability to get along well with others and motivate them through leadership skills and consistent work habits on a daily basis

  • Must have basic computer skills, to include basic experience with word-processing, spreadsheets, and charts. Minimum typing speed of 50wpm.

  • Must have good organizational skills with ability to work well with frequent interruptions.

  • Must have good command of the English language including writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have, or acquire within six months of hiring, basic knowledge of OSHA and ADA requirements as they apply to the TASC facilities.

  • Must be able to integrate knowledge in areas of criminal justice, substance abuse detection, customer service, and facilities maintenance.

  • Must be able to effectively act as liaison between the TASC program, various jurisdictions in the criminal justice system and private/corporate clients.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with a variety of corporate, government and private agency professionals.

  • Must be able to demonstrate integrity, avoidance of conflict of interest and resistance to client manipulation.

  • Capable of dealing in a courteous and tactful manner to all clientele.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift from floor to waist up to 20 pounds.

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.

  • Must be able to give and receive verbal and written instructions.

  • Must possess the ability to utilize visual and auditory senses to complete all job duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to work in a typical office and healthcare environment.

Must pass criminal background check and be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Must pass urinalysis drug screen.

Must be able to work for any employer in the United States.
