The Realtime Coordinator will have several responsibilities including but not limited to;
Answer, direct and take messages for external calls made to the department’s direct phone number as well as for internal calls from within the U-Haul Towers.
Greeting and assisting any visitors on the floor.
Schedule meetings and workshops as needed.
Help maintain the department average speed of answer goal (customer hold time) and work with the computer system that helps manage the phones.
Work closely with the Intraday Analysts to determine our need for volunteers, text our Flex team as well as making sure Team members are adhering to their schedule.
Notify computer support when there are any issues with computers, phones and or programs.
Provide support to the management staff and perform clerical duties as needed.
Assist customers as needed including taking calls from various contact center phone queues as needed.
Interested individuals should meet the following requirements:
Must handle multiple tasks in a very fast paced environment
Possess courteous and professional phone skills
Must be self-motivated, supportive and have a positive disposition
Broad understanding of U-Haul policy and procedure
Minimum 6 months experience in the contact center is preferred, but not required
This is a part time position.
