Sales Administration Manager (Contact Specialist) is responsible for broker reporting, trend analysis with the market and possibly broker recruitment, product trainings and lead distribution.

Fundamental Components:

Strong customer service skills required

Broker relationship building and training

Microsoft excel skills required (reporting is accountable for 40% of this role)

Some travel required including travel within AZ

Sales license and training required


Appropriate state license to sell insurance as required by state law, subject to product sold.

Previous (2-4 years) related telemarketing or direct sales experience, preferably with Medicare.

Demonstrated experience of strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.


Insurance/ is desired


Functional - Customer Service/Customer service - production environment/4-6 Years

Functional - Sales & Service/Individual sales/1-3 Years


Technical - Reporting Tools/Oracle Reports/1-3 Years/End User

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Team Services/4-6 Years/End User

Telework Specifications:

Flexible telework / office-based schedule (must live near certain office location)

Part-Time Telework (ex: 2 days office-based, 3 days telework)


Accident and Health Insurance license required.

Minimum of 1 year recent and related experience in conducting and interpreting quantitative/qualitative analysis.

Experience in a sales environment preferred.
