Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
Understanding of various functional and technical business process
Ability to conduct analysis and use case development for various IT and business related projects
Ability to develop and streamline/enhance current and new processes.
Collaborate with offshore resources in configuring and / or developing custom web & end-user functionality
Collect and interpret Business requirements or requests for improvement
Understand interactions between custom web and end-user systems
Project manages the implementation of approved solutions including testing
Works with internal stakeholders for approvals and works with the business to ensure requirements are implemented.

MS Office Suite
Sitting: 6-8 hours a day
Standing: 1-2 hours a day
Walking: 1-2 hours a day
Fine Eye to Hand Coordination: Occasionally
Work Environment: Multiple level office building, cubicle environment
