Provide day to day functional guidance to the Direct Care Workers at the site; ensure that there is adequate staffing, support/supervision at the home at all times within budget guidelines and with approval of a supervisor. Assist in assessing, designing, and implementing each consumer's treatment plan to include completion of all required documentation and attendance at all treatment plan meetings.

HS Diploma/GED is required.

Preferred Education : AA or Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field.

Must have at least 1 year of Mental/Behavioral Health experience working within a residential and/or group home setting.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay rate is $12.93 per hour.
