The Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) is NASA's lead center for robotic exploration of the solar system. Our core competency is the end-to-end implementation of unprecedented robotic space missions to study Earth, the Solar System, and the Universe.

Under the direction of the Technical Learning and Development Manager this role will analyze and create custom training needs for various organizations. The Technical Learning and Development Manager will provide oversight and access to subject matter experts as supporting elements towards the successful completion of projects requested.
Conduct needs analysis for custom training requests
Create instructional design documentation for the project
Design and develop video, demos, and eLearning (using JPL branding guidelines)
Capture/Edit application demonstrations (as needed, may be provided)
Record high quality audio
Note: As a temporary position, this assignment may last up to 36 months in duration with approvals based on 12 month assignments. However, please note that you are not under any employment contract and your temporary employment status can be terminated at any time, with or without notice.
- Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience
- Expert level computer literacy skills in multimedia development applications (preferably Adobe)
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
