• Plans, directs and, manages the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and operations consistently and effectively across the enterprise

• Support and help develop and execute IAM strategy within the environment and ensure that it is effectively and efficiently delivered and governed in a way that enables business processes and reduces operational risk

• Managerial responsibility for the IAM team accountable for identifying and addressing access related issues and requests reported by end users

• Provide technical management and support for proof of concepts of identity and access control solutions, technologies and processes

• Provide support for the Access Control Recertification Process

• Development and ongoing maintenance of documents outlining operational and functional activities of the IAM team, including but not limited to:

o Configuration of the identity and access management solutions

o Standard Operating Procedures relevant to the creations of permissions, roles and required approvals for provisioning access to CIT systems

• Liaison between IT Operational Risk and Internal Audit for investigations, audits and policy changes/enforcement and provide relevant reports and input regarding access controls as requested

• Manage IAM projects ensuring they are prioritized, communicated and implemented following change management processes

• People management responsibilities, including hiring, terminations, promotions, performance, compensation, training and development

• 7+ years professional IT security related experiences in financial services or similar industry

• 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise IAM programs and/or security/access management operations

• 3+ years hands on experience with implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management and Governance software and solutions, such as SailPoint, Hitachi, EMC, Oracle, Ping

• Strong knowledge and experience in user provisioning, entitlement review and certification, enterprise directory architecture and design, role based access control, single sign on, identity federation, multi-factor authentication and privileged access management

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Integration

• Working knowledge of data structure and databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle)

• Working Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Server, RedHat Linux)

• Working knowledge of the SDLC

• Requirements analysis, strategy, design and implementation of Identity & Access Management and Governance solutions

• Good understanding of service management concepts (ITIL)

• Understanding of the current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance.
