The Associate Manager reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and is a key player within our award winning marketing organization. The candidate should be a highly motivated, data-driven marketer who will seek to constantly improve results through highly targeted campaigns. They will work with the Sr. Manager in defining campaign strategies and be hands on to facilitate execution within our omni-channel operations. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and the capability to report on strategy, tactics and performance to stakeholders within marketing as well as others around the organization. They should have a passion for marketing as well as have a solid working knowledge of new emerging channels for messaging consistency.

  • Execute and optimize various consumer lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive member activation thereby increasing propensity and revenue.

  • Build knowledge and understanding of the RCI Weeks membership needs, with specific focus on deposit and exchange as key product benefit offerings, and execute appropriate marketing strategy. Also include execution of plans for various Ongoing Search campaigns that ultimately lead to incremental transactions.

  • Work along with Sr. Manager to define Weeks member journeys and segments that drive optimal response and revenue.

  • Oversee campaign execution process from start to finish, this includes: preparing strategic creative briefs, defining and selecting proper audience segments, working with external vendors and creative agencies.

  • Track performance of marketing campaigns (member segments and channels) and communicate key learnings.

  • Coordinate closely with other Marketing Managers to optimize production efficiencies and take advantage of synergies, when appropriate.

  • Utilize various channels to support campaigns and offers – including direct mail, email, digital, outbound telemarketing social media, etc.

  • Assist in the development of direct marketing materials that integrate with overall program communication strategy.

  • Assist in budget and campaign cost tracking.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure proper communications and compliance standards are maintained.

  • Assist in the overall development of marketing strategies and their enabling tactics.

  • Prepare and communicate out monthly and quarterly campaign summaries including results, lessons learned and key data points.

  • Ensure continual innovation in work product – drive improvement and testing roadmap for segment strategy.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Sales/Marketing or business related field.

  • 3 years of marketing experience.

  • Exceptionally proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and Power Point

  • Solid data analysis and problem solving skills

  • Innovative focus with an eye on constant measured improvements.

  • Ability to successfully communicate both verbally and in writing,

  • Demonstrate sound business judgment and decision making skills

  • Build and foster collaborative relationships

  • Understanding of member lifecycle and the ability to create journeys for optimal experience.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Eagerness to learn and a drive to succeed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Travel/Hospitality experience a plus
