HR Associate to support the HR strategy from an execution standpoint

About the Job

Provides HR Generalist services and support to line management in areas such as Benefits, Compensation, Employee Communication, Recruitment, Records Management, On-Boarding, Compliance, Monthly Billing Reconciliations and Monthly Reports. Acts as a resource for specific HR related activities and programs such as College Recruiting and Internship assignments. In addition, may perform special assignments as assigned on an as needed basis.

Role is accountable for supporting the HR strategy from an execution standpoint. Must deliver HR results that are aligned with established goals and objectives. Partners with and supports all staff regarding HR activities required for efficient people management.


• HR Associate job / role with broad individual contributor professional experience. • Works within established procedures and practices. • May work independently with minimum supervision on assignments. • Works collaboratively with HR professionals and line management in executing goals and objectives. • Works in partnership with Senior Management Team. • Serves as a single point of contact for numerous HR services (Benefits, Recruitment, On-Boarding, Billings Reconciliations, etc.). • Partners with other Departments in implementing established HR procedures and practices. • Ensure that Parc’s and Xerox HR policies, processes and practices are maintained and consistently administered. • Provide HR guidance and support to Parc staff. • Support Parc’s deployment of workforce practices that are compliant with all applicable legal requirements.


• Proven senior level HR Generalist experience. • Proven business acumen skills. • Ability to self-manage work assignments and priorities. • Desired track- record of working in diverse and inclusive organizations. • Strong interpersonal communication, customer service skills and ability to gets desired results. • Successful experience working with highly technical employees. • Desired organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects at the same time. Ability to multi-task, handle urgent requests as requested from HR Lead. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to manage change and work effectively in a fast paced work environment. • Understanding of teamwork and skills of how to be an effective team member in a high performance culture. • Desirable knowledge of I-9 processing, EVerify, ADP HRIS / Billing, PowerPoint, Excel, Word (mail merge) all critical to job.
