Onsite Relocation Consultant
Provides onsite customer service and consultation to the Client's Global Mobility Team. Oversee the daily operations of assignment support for our major client’s internationally mobile population. Build strong supportive relationships with the client, transferees, and mobility vendors. Work independently while fostering positive, cooperative relationships with our client and internal partners.
Provides feedback and updates to the Operations Manager and Client Services Director responsible for the account regarding overall health/status of the client. Immediately escalates situations which may jeopardize the account. Monitors transferee survey responses and reviews all “Needs Improvement” results. Identifies trends, makes recommendations and assists with action plans and implementation of new process to ensure that future service deficiencies are avoided.
Provides superior customer service to the transferee and continually adds value to the client by administering services in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA), applying best practices and effective problem resolution. Maintains highly effective relationships with transferees and client contacts which ultimately results in client retention. Interfaces with client HR business partners to ensure successful relationships at a variety of levels.
Responsible for timely and effective service recovery and problem resolution. Ensures that service breakdowns are known and ownership of resolution has been assigned. Escalates potential service failures to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Ensures Client's mobility program is executed with compliance to Graebel systems, standards, procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations. Continually seeks internal operational process improvements. Communicates ideas to Client Services Management team and aids in the implementation of new processes and solutions. Makes recommendations regarding mobility program improvements to client contacts.
Partners with global consultants to clarify policy verbiage, authorizations or contradictions from transferees. Addresses non-responsive transferees with appropriate client contacts.
Serves as a liaison between the Client and Graebel system administrators to ensure that the business user requirements are defined and documented. Is accountable for systems development plan, setting client expectations, monitoring progress, testing, release and training, if required.

Outstanding customer service skills. Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and as a team. Professional demeanor in all areas (e-mail, phone, in person). Must be able to communicate professionally through a variety of ways with a diverse audience. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Skills: MS Office proficiency. 1-3 years of general office. Any relocation or real estate experience. Extensive phone usage.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, related experience in Real Estate or Relocation will be considered in lieu of formal education.
