*Senior Test Program Manager with 10 years experience who can bring thought leadership for transforming clients' enterprise testing program
must be able to introduce new tools, techniques, and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing across all areas of the organization
must be knowledgeable about E2E test processes/tools and have experience overseeing the implementation of testing transformation programs
should have experience managing Guidewire testing engagements (e.g. Policy Center, Billing Center, Claims Center) but is not a mandatory requirement
must have executive presence and serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO as the orgaization implements new tools and techniques for:
• E2E test processes including TPI assessments and building/implementing the improvement roadmap; TCoE/TMO organizations; shift left processes for early engagement of testing and early detection of defects; quality gates; process improvement through lessons learned, root cause analysis, etc; agile testing; knowledge mgtmt; and management of core plus flex Rightshore staffing models
• Test tools including HPQC/ALM upgrade, as well as tools that provide predictive models, test data mgmt, and test environment mgmt
• Metrics, dashboards, and reporting programs that will monitor/track progress against SLAs/KPIs, defect seepage, and other key metrics
• Performance testing and automation
Experience in the insurance industry preferred but not mandatory. Local Toronto candidates preferred.

Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).
Required Skills and Experience:
You are responsible for leading either a large project or a definable segment of a very large and complex project. Clients may be external or internal. You are responsible for the translation of the client's complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, you establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the client's solution. You are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Certification: Manages engagements with complexity on EM level 1 or higher. Is, if possible, certified on this level and Project Financials, KPI & Reporting.
• Should be experienced in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Continuous (Service) Improvement
• Should have progression skills in Quality Management
