Our employees are responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Sales focused goals related to rental of storage units
Focus on increasing occupancy and managing customer relations
Strong focus on upselling including merchandise sales
Operation of the property including: managing a set budgets, expenses, receivables, delinquencies and bank reconciliations
Management of property including: opening/closing procedures, maintenance and overall cleanliness of property
Provide a superior sales and customer service experience to our customers through phone and in-person experience providing a positive, friendly and professional attitude
Minimum 3 years in a sale, retail or customer service position.
Energetic, outgoing and poses a passion for sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook required.
A valid and current Driver's License is required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to arrive at work on time and ability to travel to other locations within the area.
Ability lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Ability work outside and provide some light maintenance duties.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background and drug test.
