Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) is looking for a Global Engineering Leader for Batch and Pharma. The purpose of this role is to lead the Global Centre of Excellence (COE) team for Special Chemical, Pharma and Batch. Locations considered are Houston, TX; Atlanta, GA; and Fort Washington, PA.

· The COE is responsible for leading, execution and/or supporting projects in their area of expertise and knowledge.
· The COE leader is responsible to drive growth in upsell & change orders. Involved in sales and project activities to secure orders to meet AOP targets.
· The COE leader is also responsible for Engineering Excellence (EEX) related deliverables like standard builds, solutions and tools to improve productivity.
/ Sales & Growth Focus: /
Proactively drive upsell & change order growth (through Sales / PMs / Direct)
Organize consultative selling / training sessions
Create/Review estimates / proposals
Roadtrips / customer visits (presentations / demo’s)
Actively involved in FEED / Feasibility studies to tune requirements for upsell
Conduct Audits/Studies to document gaps with best practices
Create internal and external awareness
Develop P&E formulas/assemblies (new service offerings, solutions)
/ Productivity / NPI / Product Improvement: /
Active NPI member
Also provide product managers with customer feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
Assist Development Engineering in performing trials, OVOC analyses of new products, and in improving existing products.
Support New Product Introductions and routine improvements by updating manuals and by collaborating with Development Engineering (DE).
Development/maintain standard builds, productivity tools and training modules.

Tune / Optimize existing P&E formulas

Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to provide skilled personnel for projects, front end engineering, and consulting.
Ensure effective performance management improving skills, expertise and development of future engineering/management skills.
Provide / coordinate personnel to execute Consultancy/Engineering
Ensure personnel administrative tasks are handled including resource scheduling, time sheet submittal and approval, travel approval / monitoring, performance monitoring, reward and recognition, holiday and vacation approvals, etc.
Coordinate schedules with sales, project teams and Engineering leaders when resources are part-time assigned to the COE.

Drive execution and quality assurance to all projects in Pole (globally).
Coordinate resources with back office teams to ensure quality at effective cost.
Also assure the availability and correct use of the applicable productivity tools and solutions on the project.
Review/Audit strategic projects
Serve as Project Manager on specific projects that are assigned to the CoE team. Provide schedules, estimates, proposals, write purchase requisitions, ensure orders are written, and ensure goods receipts are issued as required. Use SAP effectively and report revenue to pole project finance as requested.
Travel to customer/projects required up to 50 %
Bachelors’ degree in engineering
Six Sigma Certification - Green Belt Project Execution
3 years’ experience as Engineering Consultant
Customer interfacing experience
Ability to lead (customer) workshops, training sessions, etc.
Communication & Presentation skills
External certifications (e.g. TUV) are a preferred
Must be able to effectively communicate in English
Additional languages would be a benefit
