Ebenezer seeks a part time (24 hr. /wk.) multi-talented person that can provide top-notch service to a 55 unit senior cooperative. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of all common areas, grounds, and individual unit work order requests for this beautiful housing community located in Oakdale. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors that is self-motivated and has good interpersonal & communication skills.

Qualifications: 1-3 years previous experience with general maintenance skills including; plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and light carpentry. HVAC and Appliance repair experience is a plus. Will be on-call for after hour emergencies.
