The Joint Commission Sales Operations Analyst in Oak Brook, Illinois
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for helping maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) as well as developing reports and analysis for sales and operations both domestically and internationally. The Sales Operations Analyst will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager.
The Analyst will work with management and staff to determine business needs to develop and maintain reports and dashboards within the CRM tool as well as use data extracts to run analysis on both internal and external data sources. Further, the Analyst will assist in data integrity exercises within the CRM system.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assists the sales and operations team in developing reports, dashboards and key findings to help JCR drive efficiencies, perform analysis to grow business relations and opportunities both domestically and internationally:
Works closely with the sales teams to develop account planning model workbooks
Assists in forecasting, revenue and expense modeling using both internal and external data sets
Works with sales, account management and operations to develop and maintain reports and dashboards within the CRM.
Supports customer segmentation efforts and target prioritization to support the Challenger Selling method.
Supports the audit, system documentation and development processes to help drive data integrity and standard operating procedures.
Works closely with stakeholders of Salesforce to document processes and data elements including relevant stakeholder information.
Work closely with business partners to review operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
Supports the Sales and Operations teams in the day to day requests
Design, develop and configure customized solutions using the full Salesforce toolset including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, etc
Provide day to day SFDC platform and user support; triage incoming requests.
Assists in the development of sales training programs and sales enablement tools and successful implementation of training programs and tools.
Bachelor’s Degree Required. Business degree preferred
3 or more years of experience with Salesforce or CRM Application required.
Experience with data cleansing and fuzzy matching
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Strong skills in creating reports, data models and analysis in Excel as well as in CRM.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Hands on experience with Process Builder, Workflows, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components & Controllers, Force.com Platform preferred
Self-starter, intellectually curious and a fast learner.
Working knowledge of how to leverage CRM to provide efficiencies, analytics and support for customer facing colleagues.
