Job Description:

General Summary

Manages and supports business operations activities that improve operational efficiency within the organization. Identifies and recommends productivity improvement opportunities. Identifies key business metrics and reports. Tracks performance of the organization against strategic and tactical objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages key business operations activities and continuous improvement of the processes.

  • Manages process and reporting activities to include financial, productivity, quality compliance, training, and/or efficiency, etc.

  • Analyzes data to provide decision support to senior management.

  • Identifies key operational and performance metrics to measure business performance and drives reporting activities.

  • Measures performance of the organization against strategic and tactical operational metrics.

  • Develops business models, business cases and forecasting tools in support of various strategic initiatives.

  • Participate and lead weekly sales forecast call, track, analyze and ensure deliverance of commits.

  • Support senior management with structured forecast and financial reporting.

  • Review monthly Operating Expenses with Core team to manage tight target.

  • Accountable for quota setting GAF and attainment calculation, accurately on a monthly basis

  • Provide analytical reports on attainment.

  • Review attainment and variances to understand the drivers and recommend if targets need to be revised due to potential under/over goaling.

  • Identifies operational inefficiencies as well as best practices and drives improvement initiatives with senior management and operations teams.

  • Acts as a liaison and interfaces cross-functionally to maintain communication between business groups.

  • Works with cross-functional groups to ensure all documents and tools are kept up to date and communicated in a timely fashion.

  • Participates in the development of overall objectives and long-term goals of the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 6-7 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to work effectively with senior management.

  • Ability to manage in a matrix environment.

  • Possesses strong analytical skills working with large data using excel and/or other reporting tools.

  • Financial and analytical experience.

  • Experience with SFDC, SAP will be a plus.

  • Advanced Excel (Macro) and Database skills will be plus
