  • Pay Range $12-$15

  • Work Hours Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with an hour for lunch, or, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with an hour for lunch.

  • Hours May vary depending on the business and the number of CSR’s / Dispatchers

  • Minimum Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak clear and articulate English.

  • Ability to read and follow scripts in a conversational manor.

  • Basic computer data entry knowledge and skills.

  • Possess the ability to think several moves in advance (Like a chess player).

  • A calm and courteous demeanor.

  • Basic Job Function

  • Receive, schedule and record incoming service and maintenance calls from customers.

  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer

  • Insure that all maintenance and service technicians have full schedules.

  • Selecting and routing technicians to maintenance and service calls efficiently and productively.

  • Insuring quality customer service.

  • Provide a positive and winning attitude at all times.

  • Always treat all customers and coworkers with dignity and respect.

  • Holding every conversation in a professional and courteous manor.
