The Practice Administrator III is responsible for the daily operations of all outpatient clinics in the Winder, Georgia area. Responsible for oversight of operating/capital budget, and customer satisfaction. Performs a range of duties that include supervising all employees in the office setting, providing support for multiple Physicians and Mid-Level Providers in 3 or more locations, maintaining clinical, financial and administrative records, customer relations, monitors inventory of supplies, month-end functions, and collection efforts. Ability to set priorities among multiple requests. Requirements:·Bachelors degree required.·Minimum five years of practice administration experience.·Skilled in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising.·Knowledge of medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies.
