As a member of the Finance - Business Architecture Program team , you will work closely with Financial Information Reporting Solutions (FIRS) team, partner with the Risk and Finance Technology team and the various Program Management teams to drive the Finance vision of the Finance and Risk Roadmap to fruition. Specific focus will be on the onboarding & interim vs. strategic state planning for CCAR Reporting Reports & Schedules.

This position is within the FRI – Regulatory Reporting workstream and will focus on performing and suggesting the analysis & related sourcing/business logic requirements for in-scope reports/schedules/products, interacting with LOB and Corporate partners, vetting current state reporting process to offer observations & suggestions related to accuracy/sustainability/consistency, assisting as needed in testing and technology requirement activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work within the Finance Business Architecture team to document & determine the Global Finance business Data Consumption Strategy and related business logic & transformation requirements. These strategies & requirements will act as a roadmap for utilizing the firm’s strategic finance reporting tool “Finance Reporting Infrastructure” (FRI) to process, create, and analyze data & results included in the firm’s CCAR Reports.

  • Partner with the FRI Data Sourcing and Operating Model teams to develop business process and technology solutions to capture the full Data Consumption lifecycle process starting with Transaction Processing Systems through end user Reporting.

  • Engage with Subject Matter Experts and other key stakeholders to implement key Regulatory Reporting deliverables for Finance Information Reporting Solutions within the appropriate project framework.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with finance and line of business partners, facilitate effective communication, and work with business teams to assess needs, understand requirements and syndicate solutions. Facilitate various stakeholder forums.

  • Perform walkthroughs & other detailed analyses to examine & document current vs. interim vs. strategic state sourcing & processes for CCAR Reports, inclusive of dependencies, issues, risks, and observations.


  • Bachelor’s degree required, CPA / CFA helpful

  • 6-10 years overall financial reporting experience

  • Solid understanding of finance processes, infrastructure and systems

  • Ability to lead and influence without having positional authority, and communicate effectively at many levels of the organization including senior management
