The Senior Manager role on the Lung Cancer Franchise team will help drive the success of XALKORI, plus support preparation for our emerging pipeline products in an increasingly competitive lung cancer landscape. XALKORI priorities include a dual focus on both molecular testing and in line performance for both ALK and ROS1 indications.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives, including personal and non-personal, to drive the continued expansion of molecular testing and performance of XALKORI. The role requires the application of in-line marketing expertise and customer insights to advance key brand imperatives and support brand performance. It requires strong strategic and analytical thinking as well as creativity and decision-making skills, along with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing tactics and working in a team-based environment with both internal and external stakeholders:XALKORI Field Force and POA brand lead *KOL coordinationCongress strategy, presence, and preparation Speaker Program Lead *Support and coordinate co-promote operationsBudget Captain
7 years of pharmaceutical experience required *Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferredPrevious in-line US Marketing experience Oncology or diagnostics experience desirable, but not requiredDemonstrated success in developing, executing, and measuring complex and innovative marketing programs including those with multi-disciplinary focus Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performanceStrong team player with ability to engage colleagues from a wide range of functional areas and backgrounds High-energy self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create and bring ambiguity into actionSolid business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including field colleagues, senior management, and external partners.
