We are searching for a Sales Director at CTS who is energetic hunter and overall account manager who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting into the core of how to strategically drive products into a customer. You should be a self-starter who knows how to build out a plan to ensure customer success through the use of our world class multi-platform. You will the opportunity to drive complex sales into accounts with the understanding of a strong technical team behind you. Ability to work across multiple groups to create customer success along with strong communication are required.

Development of an ongoing 90 day business plan that results in:

  • Broad penetration of full CTS portfolio by determining best product mix that matches needs of the customer
  • Presentation CTS value proposition and services portfolio effectively
  • Significantly increase the number of sales opportunities with customer and CTS management
  • Grow CTS revenue and margins to reflect significant share of wallet in all areas where CTS services could be deployed

  • Building strategic plans to outline the key customer outcomes in quarterly account reviews and explaining state of customer relationship, our products and how they play, executive alignment between companies and overall strategic vision for customer engagement.

  • Manage personal and all CTS personnel engagement with customer Management, Operations, Procurement, Engineering , and Marketing
  • Build strong executive and operational alignment with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts
  • Identify budget and budget owners and build execution plans to access key finance individuals who can approve business plans that include CTS services.

  • Basic (Level 1) understanding of basic function of all CTS services and commit to deeper understanding of technical aspects of services over first year of employment.

  • Level 1 understanding defined as basic understanding of all service offernigs with goal of ability to generate BOM and quotes for all standard product when a usable quote generator provided
  • Organize regular reviews, on key customers, with CTS engineering on roadmap reviews
  • Ability to present a demo on an ipad or computer basic demos
  • Setting of meeting requiring others for attendance

  • Build agreed agenda for customer meetings and ensure appropriate individuals from customer and CTS are coordinated and confirmed to attend all meetings

  • Work in conjunction with assigned Architect, for identified accounts, for functional need assessment to groups and requests
  • Quoting and pricing

  • Provide and develop quotes for first round and throughout negotiations to be sent for to sales approval process

  • Quotes outside of quote parameters for special pricing attend Quote Review Meeting as required
  • Meet minimum bookings and revenue goals as assigned on a quarterly basis
  • Responsible of forecasting

  • Yearly forecast by customer and product

  • Quarterly forecast and update by customer and product
  • Sales force input for all opportunities as updates as defined by CTS processRequirements

  • 5years of Sales/ Managerial experience with focus on creating new business in complex sale within a given territory.

  • 5 plus years selling increasingly complex technical services to Enterprises required (Enterprises includes Fortune 1000 Enterprises as well as named Media and Entertainment accounts)
  • Acquisition / New Logo experience and track record of attaining new accounts for companies
  • Engineering background a plus not required
  • Software and/or Consulting experience a plus
  • Understanding of CDN, D2C infrastructure is a plus
  • Rolodex of senior level contacts within Media companies considered a major differentiator.
