BKV Office Manager/Business Development Assistant in New York, New York

Overview:

The assistant will aid the Chief Client Officer & Chief Development Officer in managing the internal marketing (facebook, Instagram, newsletters, u.a blog, etc.) and new business projects. The person will be based in the NY office, but will need to coordinate and pull in resources from across all teams. In addition, the assistant will be responsible for general office management functions in the NY office (ordering supplies, coordinating travel, etc.). The ideal candidate is organized, a good communicator, has enthusiasm and initiative.

  • Assists with day to day paperwork within an account (e.g., project lists, contact reports, work orders/change orders, etc.)

  • Performs “clerical” duties associated with an account (i.e. copying, binding presentations, mailing, etc.)

  • Assists in day-to-day research and development of new business list

  • Research, identify, and establish industry articles and trends

  • Collaborate on strategy

  • Categorize, organize, and refine new business lists

  • Maintains social channels, including external newsletters and u.a thought leadership.

  • Manages office supplies, coordinates meetings, travel, etc.

  • Excellent organization skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks
