This opportunity is to join the TS GlobalPayments Product Management Team as the Managing Director and Global Head ofNetwork and Partnerships. The Network and Partnerships team is responsible forthe development, evaluation and management of the network of agent banks andnon-bank service partners that support the delivery of the firm's cashmanagement services globally. Currently, the network includes partners in over50 markets, represents an annual firm spend of $20MM and is focused on standardservices. A key priority for the business is to expand country coverage andbroaden services to emerging payments and collections capabilities to extendthe network, enhance our value proposition and deliver new and differentiatedservices. The Global Head of Network and Partnerships will lead this effortworking in partnership with the product management teams to developrequirements and set priorities.

Key Priorities

  • Team Development–Scale existing Network and Partnership team focused on management of thecurrent TS network to drive global expansion of network coverage to newcountries and service delivery to emerging payment and collection capabilities.

  • Network Expansion-Identify and source new and non-traditional network providers to support globalproduct development objectives across the JPMorgan lines of business andenhance ongoing service delivery.

  • Risk Management- Assure security,stability and resiliency of the network through regular assessment and oversight.Scale existing program to reflect unique aspects of non-traditional networkproviders and support the rapid expansion of network coverage and servicecapabilities. Partner with other internal Network and Partnership teams tocoordinate compliance with firmwide network governance framework.

  • Quality Assurance-Assure quality service provision across the Network through Service LevelAgreement development and monitoring. Produce and analyze performance MIS toidentify trends and possible areas for improvement. Conduct service reviews andon-site visits as required.

  • Market Management-Develop strong partnerships across the partner network and internal JPMorgan teamsto keep abreast of market changes and industry developments and providevalue-added input to support the growth objectives of the lines of business.


  • Bachelor’s degreewith a minimum of 15 years of professional experience

  • Deep understanding ofglobal cash management including domestic and international payments,collections and FX

  • Innovation trackrecord and demonstrated creative approach to business development andtransformation

  • Excellentrelationship management, partnership and influencing skills

  • Effective negotiationand strategic planning capabilities

  • Strong riskmanagement mindset with the ability to establish effective controls to supportbusiness growth

  • Track record ofattracting, developing and retaining top talent
