POSITION:

The Account Executive (A.E.) is the agency’s primary contact with the client. With the guidance of a supervisor, the A.E. should be able to function independently on a day-to-day basis in a variety of areas. This role also works with senior team members within the agency to develop strategic recommendations on behalf of the client. This role has a strong emphasis on managing multi-channel, integrated media campaigns.

  • Coordinates the planning and execution of interactive and traditional direct marketing programs for specified clients in accordance with client’s objectives and budgets

  • Consults with media, creative, account management and others when appropriate to develop strategic solutions to clients objectives

  • Monitors day-to-day progress of campaigns to make sure that deadlines are met and to respond to team counterparts problems and questions

  • Responsible for the quality of work produced by the agency to include not only account service but all staff departments

  • Writes creative work plans for review by his/her supervisor and the Creative Director

  • Shows skills as an excellent presenter, a clear and organized writer and a strategic thinker

  • Performs analysis of client’s campaigns and crafts recommendations based on analysis

  • Acquires knowledge of the client’s business and customer so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities may be anticipated

  • Initiates new strategic projects based on his/her interpretation of client’s needs

  • Responsible for billing and monitoring client budgets

  • Establish and maintain multiple client relationships

  • Tactical execution of traditional & digital media plans

  • Monitor campaigns to ensure optimal results that coincide with the client's goal.

  • Produce video projects ranging from animation to live action assets

  • Manage creative projects using agency and using external resources

  • College Degree

  • Minimum 2+ years Marketing experience, Agency experience preferred

  • Interactive and Direct Marketing experience preffered

  • Experience managing integrated accounts

  • Strong Initiative

  • Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task

  • Strong financial skills
