CrownePlaza Hawkesbury Valley is currently looking for

a Bar Attendant to join

our team.

Based in our Barracks Bar , you will work alongside

our Food & Beverage Team to create a warm, welcoming and successful atmosphere,

combined with a high level of personalised service to our guests. You will be

responsible for the service delivery of tea, barista coffee, non-alcoholic

beverages, wine, beer, cocktails

and à la carte food items, in addition to

maintaining a high level of cleanliness and HACCP

compliance within the bar area and ensuring all required stock levels are

maintained and stocked for all shift periods.

Qualifications

For this vital role, we’re

looking for someone who possesses the following

skills:

  • You'll be anapproachable person and have a real passion for providing connecting and seamlessservice to ensure a memorable guest experience

  • Dynamic,vibrant, confident and professional personality

  • Previous experiencewithin a bar-based food & beverage customer service role, preferably withina hotel environment

  • A current NewSouth Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification

  • Extensive beer, wine,spirits and cocktail knowledge

  • Intermediatebarista skills

  • Superiorcommunication and decision making skills

  • Detailorientated

  • High standard ofpersonal presentation

  • The flexibilityto work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

  • You must alsomeet the legal requirements to work in this country
