Our average commissioned sales representative earns between $70,000-$100,000! Part-time Sales employees have the potential to earn an incredible $40 an hour.

As a Commissioned Retail Sales Consultant, you are responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with the selection and purchase of merchandise in our Showroom or Sleep Lab

  • Wow-ing our customers with excellent customer service and knowledge of our furniture/bedding products

  • Attending sales training development workshops regularly to enhance skill level and product knowledge

The qualified candidate must have the following:

  • Experience in commissioned sales, preferably in retail, with proven track record to work in fast paced, high-volume retail environment

  • General computer proficiency

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Nights, weekends and some holidays required

  • Ability to frequently move about the showroom over an 8-12 hour period
