Summary:
Facebook is seeking a Client Partner to evangelize and monetise Facebook’s emerging advertising solutions to large advertisers, publishers/broadcasters and their agencies in FMCG and Media. The individual contributor position reports to Vertical Head, FMCG & Media and works closely with a Client Solutions Manager to drive solutions and monetization. The ideal candidate will have a mix of Brand Management experience in FMCG/Durables/Media and Sales/Alliances experience in B2B. Sales/Media experience in advertising within agencies or companies will be a plus. Industry understanding, Deep Analytical skills, Priority management, Stakeholder management and the ability to reach and influence decision-makers, and a strong ‘can-do’ spirit that drives a self-starter are a must. Collaborative cross-functional influencing everyday, and a passion for Facebook and the evolving digital ecosystem are critical for success here. This position is located in our Gurgaon office.

Required Skills:

  1. Analyse and understand industry variables and articulate role of Facebook in client’s marketing/business objectives

  2. Prospect and partner with agencies and organizations and by building relationships with key decision makers

  3. Create and deliver compelling Facebook proposition using client industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies to clearly communicate the Facebook platform value proposition and inspire action

  4. Understand and drive adoption of key marketing research tools that help clients understand impact of Facebook

  5. Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients

  6. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, and be the voice of the vertical in the organisation

  7. Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality output everyday

  8. Exceed sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and pricing and yield goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. MBA with proven analytical skills in the experience set

    1. 10+ years of experience in Media/B2B Sales plus Marketing/Brand Management

    2. Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals/business goals

    3. Resilience to drive agenda in the face of objections

    4. Analytical ability to break a Marketing problem down to solutions and impact measurement

    5. Ability to effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential

    6. Interest in technology/digital media/online trends and the ability to explain complex concepts in everyday terms

    7. Knowledge of media, online advertising and agencies is a plus

    8. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

    9. Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

    10. Great team player

    11. Ready to travel weekly for short durations
