Manages day-to-day operations in the center. Works to grow center’s business and to achieve or exceed annual financial goals while delivering on CareSpot’s high standards of employee and patient safety, satisfaction, and service. Responsible for in-clinic execution of CareSpot business, clinical and marketing programs, and ensures that CareSpot operational procedures and clinical standards are met. Essential Responsibilities 1. Manages, motivates and inspires team of positive employees at the center to foster commitment to the CareSpot mission and values and increase customer loyalty to CareSpot. 2. Oversees all day to day center operations, including staffing, patient flow and adherence to operational and clinical standards, and identifies opportunities for improvement within the center. 3. Ensures resources are available, including supplies and necessary equipment, for effective center operations. 4.Coaches staff on operational methodologies and best practices to enhance service to patients, employee engagement, and foster an environment of continuous improvement. 5. Communicates regularly with Regional Director to quickly resolve issues, coordinating with peers at other centers in market and corporate functions and providing recommendations as required. 6.Assists in interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, working with input from the Regional Director and corporate HR personnel as needed. 7.Ensures compliance with necessary regulatory standards; ensuring all credentialing and regulatory agency requirements are complete and current. 8.Interacts with billing to ensure successful and timely billing. 9.Reviews center’s financial statements and operating scorecards to ensure success of center, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the center is tracking to meet annual goals. Where necessary, works with Regional Director and/or corporate functions to resolve pending issues. 10. Implements corporate-led initiatives effectively and efficiently. 11.Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: * Background in healthcare with 3 years of industry experience (e.g., vision, pharmacy, hospital departments, stand-alone healthcare clinics).

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or relevant programs preferred. Experience:
  • 2 years of manager experience - preferably in healthcare environment.
