JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. CMO Transactions

Should have good understanding about credit life cycle, the purpose of the job is to do administration and the maintenance of Private Banking credit facilities and exposures in line with Corporate Credit policy. The functions performed by this team are critical to protecting the bank from potential credit losses. Individuals may work directly with Capital Advisors, Analysts, Credit Officers, Mortgage Advisors, and other internal/external partners throughout the credit life cycle Supported functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Documentation Preparation and Review

  • Client & Facility Set-up and Maintenance

  • Annual Review Coordination

  • Exception Tracking & Escalation Coordination

  • Data Report Generation

  • Data Entry and Quality Review

  • Vendor Work Ordering & Invoice Processing

  • Covenant Process Coordination

  • Application Folder Maintenance

  • Collateral Monitoring

Experience – Graduates / Post graduates with 3-5 years of relevant experience

Shift timings – 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm (EMEA Shifts)

  1. PBA Recon
  • Experience in reconciliation of Nostro accounts

  • Ensure adherence of operational procedures to complete task in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet stringent deadlines is essential.

  • CTQs and benchmarks for the desk are monitored daily.

  • Detailed and meticulous, high level of accuracy with no tolerance for error.

  • Query emails from Front Office / Middle Office / Counterparties must be reverted on the same day.Experience – Graduates with 2-4 years of experienceShift timings – 5.30 pm to 2.30 am (NA shifts)

  1. Trade Operations

The primary objective of the Trade Support & Settlement team is to take complete responsibility for all tasks involved in the settlement of Fixed Income and Equity deals in the Private Banks processing systems. This role requires attention to detail, an awareness of the risks involved and an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

  • Managing the Trade Enrichment & Trade Processing of Fixed Income and Equity deals

  • Follow up with the Middle Office for the Failed / Rejected Trades

  • Reviewing Defects, Investigating and Notifying various Middle Office team based on Pre Settlement and Various Control reports

  • Following up with internal / external counterparty for unconfirmed trades

  • Do account allocation - moving securities from Domestic account to Euroclear account

  • Handle cross border, FX trades and queries

  • Coordinate with the Cash management team, Corp Action, Income Team and the Middle Office team

  • for various events

  • Key facilitator of all projects such testing new enhancement and implementation of new trading/processing requirements.Experience – Graduates/ Post graduates with 3-5 years of relevant experienceShift timings – 5.30/6.30 pm to 2.30/3.30 am (NA Shifts)

  1. Mortgage – Closing & funding

The purpose of the job is to perform quality control audits on

  • Mortgage Origination processes

  • Credit origination & Maintenance processes.

  • Quality Control Specialist will review loans as against set procedures and communicate audit results to responsible parties and manage errors corrected thereafter.Experience – Graduates/ Post graduates with 3-5 years of relevant experienceShift timings – 5.30/6.30 pm to 2.30/3.30 am (NA Shifts)
