First Minnesota Bank Branch Operations Manager in Mound, Minnesota
Responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the bank. Assists in the development of and communicates policies on various operating matters. Manages and directs the activities of the teller line and resolves customer services issues. Opens new accounts and other services as needed. Provide daily management of the teller department, including training, scheduling, performance coaching, and cross training. Approves and overrides teller transactions utilizing prudent judgment that protects the bank and its customers. Hold regular meetings with the staff to facilitate training and communicate changes in policies and procedures. Knowledge of and compliance with State and Federal Banking regulations as applied to the deposit side of the bank. Research cash differences. Implement disciplinary action resulting from deviation from departmental policies. Prepare monthly difference reports and submit to management for review. Provide individualized and group coaching for sales/referral performance to insure sales/referral goals are met. Responds to customers inquiries and maintains a customer-oriented approach to solving customer complaints. Serves as a liaison to the central operations department to assist in implementing procedural changes and participates in quarterly operations meetings. Insure that security procedures are followed. Balance various cash vaults, including ATM and coin. Other accountabilities and projects as required.
