Watch our story and learn more about Bio-Techne here: POSITION SUMMARY The Product Manager will be responsible for the Simple Plex product line. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to have a significant impact in growing this portfolio. The ideal individual will have immunoassay market knowledge and a creative flair that enables him/her to move this product line into the mainstream immunoassay market. This person could either be based out of the Minneapolis, MN site or the Wallingford, CT site. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop strategic, multi-channel integrated marketing plans for Simple Plex Product line, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, business trends, market opportunities, and staging and pacing of marketing tactical programs Guide the development of copy and creative content for BioPharma and academic segments, appropriately positioning products to respective segments while conveying strong value propositions and clear product differentiation Collaborate and ensure alignment of marketing plans and sales training materials with sales team and stakeholders across multiple sites Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results for new and/or existing products Successfully engage with marcom team to deliver high-quality assets, including, but not limited to, creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, social media, customer-facing presentations, global tradeshow properties and promotional materials Maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities (lead gen, conversion rates, ROI) Maintain knowledge of the trends and competitive activity relevant to immunoassay market Interact with varying levels of internal and external personnel including direct customer communication, KOL engagement and management Provide product development input to R&D teams through VoC and KOL interaction Approximately 25% domestic and international travel
