The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for providing leadership and strategy to the sales team on home performance services & products. Manage new and existing commercial customers, new construction & residential builder satisfaction. This person will assist sales team in building relationships and communicating with key contacts in order to secure commercial and residential business in all the services that Cocoon/Kinzler Construction Servicesoffers. Other duties include, but not limited to:

  • Lead, manage, & hold sales team accountable.Maintains sales staff results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results and coaching employees as needed.

  • Establish goals and develop sales strategy for training and continuous mentoring of sales team on performance based products. Assist in cultivating relationships with homeowners, builders and contractors, follow leads, network and manage team in their ability to secure sales and resolve problems on insulation needs.

  • Analyze sales statistics to accurately budget and forecast projects and sales pipeline.

  • Responsible for quality assurance of services/solutions and customer satisfaction.

  • Secure contracts, negotiate and document change orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Display and convey current knowledge of products, pricing, availability, market trends and practices to customers, coworkers and Kinzler senior leadership team.

  • Increase sales by identifying new customers, markets, products and leveraging multiple product lines and services.

Required skills, experience and talents:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Prior sale experience required. Experience with sales in the construction industry helpful.

  • Prior leadership or construction management/project management experience.

  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor, strong sales and customer service skills as well as showing initiative, being goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
