Robert Half Office Team Client Servicing Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota

One of our prominent financial services clients in Twin Cities is currently seeking motivated Client Servicing Associates to join their growing team! This position will primarily involve acting as the liaison between the client and the operations teams. This role will involve following up on requests from the client. The position involves a lot of independence and will require candidates that can work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with mortgage is a must. Holiday pay after 28 weeks, benefits, as well as bonus opportunities are available. Responsibilities include:

  • Sending documents electronically that need to be sent to review teams.

  • Retrieving documents that need to be retrieved from various locations.

  • Processing an inquiry about one bundle of loans

  • Processing an escalation request on a particular loan file

  • Generating a specialized report in Excel outlining review results
