JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Manager Business Analytics (P3693104172017) Senior Manager of Business Analytics plays a key role in bringing analytical rigor to the day-to-day management of our sales efforts. The Senior Manager of Business Analytics serves as a key member of the Brady North America Identification Solutions (BNA IDS) team by providing insightful, accurate, timely analyses and recommends actions to improve both sales and margin realization. Actively participates as a Business Team Member with management teams. The Senior Manager of Business Analytics assists the Director of Marketing and Finance Director with special projects, group and corporate reporting. Working in conjunction with the Global Director of Pricing Strategy, assists in developing competitive pricing strategies and value propositions specific to the IDS business and customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Business Analysis Manage a team that conducts analysis and tracking of sales force performance in order to identify areas of focus, management or change Oversee sales force commission program; analyze and recommend for areas of change or improvement Identify and drive tactical ad hoc analysis to support key business decision making Evaluate Market penetration relative to industrial metrics Monitor channel strategy and performance and identify areas of improvement Support contract administration and negotiations as necessary Pricing Execution Ensure compliance with pricing strategy as outlined by Product Management Pricing Director Identify and arbitrate necessary deviations from pricing strategy as appropriate based on specific customer, market situations Monitor and manage Price Assurances (PAs) to ensure authenticity and broad compliance with strategy Audit and enforce Ship & Debit arrangement for compliance with original agreement Define, analyze and manage rebate policy; develop and implement new rebate programs in conjunction with product management Evaluate pricing discrepancies or specific price variances in order to identify and capture margin Manages annual price increases through Brady's channels Our company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
