JOB REQUIREMENTS: Work independently with direction from the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Faculty Scholarly Pathways Liaison to complete project tasks related to interprofessional education and pharmacy student participation in the Scholarly Pathways program. Effectively manage schedules, programs and priorities, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions. This is a multi-faceted position that will focus on several specific areas of the overall project. Work with course, unit or Pathway director to prepare and disseminate educational materials for courses, labs and exams, orientation materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports. Educational materials preparation or assistance with creating and maintaining calendars, orientation material, syllabus, objectives, policy and procedures, course content (books/material), assignments, exam materials and coordinating resources with other support areas. Work with the School of Medicine Scholarly Pathways Coordinators to determine student expectations, deadlines, tracking, and means of communication. Work with the School of Medicine Scholarly Pathways Coordinator to ensure that School of Pharmacy students are included in any and all partnership agreements with area organizations and agencies. Serve as the initial contact person for students with general questions about the Scholarly Pathways program. Assist in room set-up as needed to meet the program needs. Track all pharmacy student performance expectations and mandatory assignments for each Scholarly Pathway program. Serve as a liaison between Scholarly Pathway Faculty Advisors and Project Mentors and students when appropriate Serve as the liaison between the School of Pharmacy and community/institutional partners and agencies. Assist in the management of Scholarly Pathway program outreach activities including serving as the School of Pharmacy liaison with students, faculty and community organizations. Assists in assessment and evaluation of service learning experiences from the faculty, student, and community partner perspectives. Participate on appropriate committees and meetings relevant to the advancement of the program Attend training and professional meetings when appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
