Group O Call Center Systems Specialist in Milan, Illinois

Group O is searching for a Call Center Systems Specialist to join our team in Milan, IL! This position involves designing, developing, and testing OpenSpan projects/solutions using some of the latest technologies from Microsoft and Third Party Vendors to connect application data. Assist in developing IVR flows and scripting. Coordinate technical support of the call center by troubleshooting any problems with PC’s and phones that may arise. Ensure that the problems are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Create and test OpenSpan projects

  • Troubleshoot project errors

  • Evaluate expanded use of OpenSpan

  • Install OpenSpan applications on computers and Citrix servers

  • Create and test IVR scripts for multiple clients

  • Identify and resolve Call Center telephone or computer failures.

  • Maintain Call Center telephone equipment

  • Set up imports and export of calling tables for outbound calling campaigns

  • Manage Call Center headset inventory

  • May facilitate Call Center training curriculum as needed

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

  • Data Entry computer experience

  • MS Office experience

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong computer knowledge

  • General Networking knowledge

  • MS Visual Basic skills and MS Visual Studio Skills

  • Flow charting skills

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Some college programming courses
