Job Description: Responsible for assisting in the overall coordination of the Medical Staff/Hospital-wide Performance Improvement activities. Maintains records and Performance Improvement documentation to support credentialing. Assists with the coordination of Hospital-wide PI Teams.

Completes evaluations of patient care using approved indicators and established parameters; Understands the importance of patient confidentiality both auditory and visual, maintaining strict confidentiality of all patient information as required by hospital policies.

This position does not provide direct patient care but does utilize the basic principles in evaluating the care as part of the Program Improvement program and teams to assess and plan care appropriate to the age of the patient.


o Valid Florida RN license o BSN preferred o Analytical skills preferred o Must have minimum 5 years recent RN Medical Surgical hospital experience. o Meditech experience preferred
