Robert Half Office Team HR assistant in Miami, Florida
Immediate need for a human resources clerk in the Blue lagoon area. Candidate will be required to handle a wide variety of administrative and record keeping duties as well as staff support services. Performs office work directly related to HR responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards in addition to assisting in supporting special projects as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and maintain personnel files Ability to run reports using HRIS systems Responsible for purging terminated files on a bi-weekly basis and year end. Handles ordering for supplies and distributing mail Responds to all Employment Verifications that are submitted via fax, email or mail. Support the recruitment process Ability to prioritize work with minimum supervision while remaining detail oriented and achieving objectives on a timely basis. Self starter, excellent attention to detail, well organized. Works well in a team environment, able to work with a diverse group of people. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal , customer focused, computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft Windows software, Outlook, Excel and Word.
