JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Job Functions (MAY INCLUDE): Provides leadership to assigned personnel through effective goal setting, delegation, and communication. Provides measurable feedback, suggestions for improved performance and recognition for achievements. Liaison between AutoForce and assigned courier companies Analyze and maintain budget related to all courier costs Supports the safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment for all associates Assists with process improvement initiatives. Conducts regular meetings to ensure that personnel are well informed of policies and procedures. Continually enforces productivity standards. Ensure excellent customer service and communication Dispatch: Assign product to be pulled by material handlers (backup to primary dispatcher) Route paperwork/product to appropriate area Route deliveries and drivers within Elite Extra Ensure drivers are completing customer returns within 3 days of creation Collect COD logs on a daily basis to ensure cash and checks are being collected Communicate to CSR's, Sales, Customers, Other locations and Drivers effectively Ensure drivers are completing deliveries on time according to assigned ETA's Operate power equipment, including fork-lift May work as a backup driver as assigned or directed STANDARD CORPORATE FUNCTIONS: Live company vision & values Actively participate in FABW (Finding a Better Way) Develop self professionally Support corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies & procedures Perform other related duties as required and assigned QUALIFICATIONS KEY SELECTION CRITERIA - Desired minimum requirements include: 3 years of related experience Good knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro areas Skills and experience sufficient to supervise drivers Able to analyze and maintain budget of all Courier costs Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice Good memory and scanning abilities Good communication and math skills Able to lift up to 75 lbs. on occasion Able to learn to use a forklift May require valid driver's license (depending on location) and conformance with company driver policy EOE/Disabled/Veterans AA/EOE of Minorities/Females/Vets/Disability
