Kelly Government Solutions is currently seeking a Subcontract Admin to support one of our top government clients in McLean, VA on a contract assignment.

Responsible for developing, negotiating and administering complex and relatively high risk subcontracts, ensuring compliance on vendor, cost, schedule, legal and performance aspects. Searches out and investigates qualified suppliers and manufactures. Develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate. Makes supplier/vendor visits as required to expedite critically needed materials. Places orders with selected vendors assigned dollar threshold. Develops lists of prepares, establishes proposal review criteria, and analyzes and evaluates proposals. Plans and conducts negotiations. Prepares contractual documents and amendments. May provide work leadership for lower level employees.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
5-7 years subcontract administration experience.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be proficient with computers and office applications.
Must have strong computer skills and able to communicate with employees at all levels of the corporation.
