Role & Responsibilities:

This position will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the campus recruitment department to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

As a growing and recognized global retail leader, we are on a mission to amplify the awareness and excitement for our roles and programs for coops, internships and soon-to-be graduating or recently graduated college students. In this role, you’ll partner with multiple recruiters – from organizing and planning recruitment events, assisting in the execution of our Intern and Co-op program management and communicating with current and future candidates.

Skills / Knowledge:

  • Provides diversified administrative support for Campus Recruitment Team - Assistant Vice President, Manager, and Recruiters

  • Responds to questions, requests, and researches information

  • Interfaces with a variety of internal and external individuals on issues which are complex and/or of a confidential nature

  • Involves appropriate associates from other departments or divisions to resolve issues

  • Provides diversified, secretarial and administrative support

  • Schedules and maintains Campus calendar, travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements

  • Coordinates all conference room bookings and catering requests for in house events

  • Analyzes operating practices and creates/revises systems and procedures as necessary

  • Organizes and maintains office filing system and record keeping systems

  • Assists with the maintenance of the Talent Management System (TMS) to ensure requisition compliance and accuracy

  • Compiles, summarizes and analyzes data

  • Plans and creates various routine and complex reports

  • Oversees and monitors administrative projects

  • Performs other duties as required or directed


  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-2+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting, is required

  • Must have excellent phone manner, solid written and verbal communication skills and be customer service oriented

  • Must possess strong organizational & administrative skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a very fast paced environment

  • Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Willingness to learn, take direction well and be a team player

  • Flexibility and a positive attitude are required
