Ecumen Lakeview Commons seeks a Resident Assistant to join its team. Ecumen Lakeview Commons consists of 82 assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 16 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services and is located in Maplewood, Minnesota. Part Time Resident Assistant positions open:
40 hours/pay period - 2:45pm - 11:15pm including every other weekend
30 hours/pay period - 5:00pm - 10:00pm including every other weekend
32 hours/pay period - 6:30am - 2:30pm including every other weekend
Every other weekend 5:00 pm - 10:00pm
Every other weekend 2:45pm - 11:15pm
Every other weekend 6:00am - 12:30pm
Every other weekend 6:00am - 11:00am
Additional hours are available to be picked up for any of the above shifts also!
This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the resident’s physical and emotional well-being. Specific responsibilities include:
Assist with treatments and activities of daily living as delegated by the Clinical Director per individualized care plan.
Documents and reports changes in physical and emotional condition.
Completes scheduled cleaning tasks.
Lead and assist resident activities as assigned.
Promotes independence with residents, offering choices and fostering self-help skills.
Responds appropriately to safety hazards, fire drills and other emergency situations.
Other duties as assigned.
