This is the place to do your life's best work.(sm)The DSRIP Network Program Manager is responsible for successful program design, network assessment and contracting, and program/product implementation. Network Program Managers will assist with DSRIP network analysis and strategy, and development and implementation of Value Based contracts in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls.
Responsibilities also include establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with Performing Provider Systems and affiliated Hospital, Physician, Pharmacy or Ancillary Providers ensuring the DSRIP network is built timely and supports Value Based contracting goals. Primary Responsibilities: Own an end to end process Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the Medicaid business Participate in the development of business strategy Apply network configuration and incentive - based payment models as appropriate to improve quality and efficiency Manage large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives Identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational challenges outside own Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience 5+ years of experience working with a managed care organization, health insurer, or consultant in a network management/contract management role, such as contracting, provider services, etc. Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others including those in the provider community and in various level of leadership internally Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information form others, including but not limited to reimbursement policy standards. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of supervisory experience Experience managing a medical cost and administrative budget Experience with provider contracting Experience working in or with a PPS New York State Medicaid experience Knowledge of New York State’s DSRIP program Careers with UnitedHealthcare.
