Job Description:

The syngo.via (SY) Product Manager within Diagnostic Imaging (DI) manages CRM activities, drives profitable orders growth and owns US Market acceptance for syngo.via through the following:

•Business Administration – Executes business plans and product introduction plans for the US Market. Leads cross-functional activities related to training, documentation, tools, sales, marketing, service, order logistics and manufacturing. Oversees Business Administration including: Unit Counts, MTA/MBR presentations, and Improvement Programs. Consults with Business Line .via Product Managers and sales teams on contract language for compliance and legal review.

•Product – Leads the evaluation and monitoring of syngo.via for the US Market throughout all stages of the product life cycle. Provide expert product and positioning responses for both sales and customers. Liaison to DI SY HQ for product escalations and future global product requirements. Manages an on-going assessment of customer needs and continuously provide product feedback to SY HQ to meet the US Market’s changing healthcare environment. Establish and maintain customer relationships with strategic customers, national show sites, and local reference sites.

•Pricing – Maintains syngo.via price book and standard configurations as well as coordination of the syngo.via products within respective USA Business Line price books. Determine pricing promotions and bundled applications to increase demand and meet syngo.via business goals. Work with Business Line Management to obtain approval for special pricing.

•Sales – Engages DI PSEs/ZBMs, DS (Digital Services) PSEs/ZBMs and Field AEs/AMEs/RVPs to leverage sales opportunities. Develops and delivers all syngo.via sales channel education (product, sales strategy, pricing, etc.) and supporting training materials. Work closely with Business Line .via Product Managers and PSEs to identify specific requirements and criteria needed for product sales education. Main point of contact for internal and external questions related to product, configuration, quoting, delivery, etc.

•Marketing – Ensure that all materials for syngo.via’s portfolio are easily understood, up-to-date and of a high-quality. Define and create locally-relevant marketing materials for products; e.g. images, case studies, financial arguments, ROI, trade show presence, etc. as well as internet/intranet presence including: customer messaging, White Papers, documents, and presentations. Create marketing campaigns to support syngo.via business goals from awareness to lead generation and lead qualification. Develop and implement Installed Base sales strategy for lead generation, sales programs, and references.

The ideal candidate would have:

-Siemens syngo.via system and application knowledge

-IT and clinical knowledge

-Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

-Strong experience interacting with customers and senior management

-Experience supporting a sales group

-Demonstrated leadership qualities

Typically 5-8 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
