HCA, Hospital Corporation of America Senior Accountant in Macon, Georgia
The Senior Accountant is responsible for assisting in assuring the overall integrity of the financial statements of all CHS facilities. This includes but is not limited to maintaining records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, Internal Audit controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley key controls. This position is also responsible for monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing Medicare and tax work papers, other accounting duties, and assisting the Chief Accountant with accounts payable processes.

EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
BBA in Accounting required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:
Five years accounting experience required. Healthcare accounting experience preferred.
