Riverside Community Care Home Based Family Clinician in Lynnfield, Massachusetts

Job Description

Great full-time salaried opportunity for a clinician to gain a broad range of clinical experience while working on a Family Therapy Team. Our team provides a range of intensive home and community based services to children ages 3-20, and their families. Also, the clinician will need to have the ability to work within a team setting and collaborate with other local community agencies.

Primary responsibilities include providing culturally competent and strength based diagnostic assessment, service planning, individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and coordination of services to assist families in maintaining their children within the home.

Excellent supervision and training provided while working in a warm and collegial team atmosphere.

Flexible schedule, including some evenings.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook) Required Experience

  • Master’s Degree in a clinical Mental Health discipline

  • Independent license preferred but not necessary
  • 2 years experience working with children and/or families preferred
